wrist curl
Dumbbell forearm lift
A wrist curl is a weight training exercise that isolates the forearm muscles.
Holding a dumbbell or barbell with the forearm resting on a bench or thigh, you curl the weight by flexing only at the wrist: Three sets of wrist curls will burn out your forearms.
Performed palm-up to work the flexors or palm-down (reverse wrist curl) to target the extensors.
