Soup broth floaters
Wontons are Chinese dumplings made of thin dough wrapped around a filling, typically pork or shrimp.
They appear in soup, fried as appetizers, or steamed.
The wonton soup came with six plump dumplings.
The wrapper is thinner than most dumpling doughs, giving wontons their delicate, slightly slippery texture.
