Crispy Asian dumplings
Potstickers are Chinese dumplings with a distinctive cooking method: they're pan-fried until the bottom crisps, then steamed in the same pan, creating a texture that's both crispy and tender.
The name comes from how the dumplings stick slightly to the pot during cooking.
Typically filled with ground pork and vegetables, they're served with a dipping sauce of soy, vinegar, and chili oil.
