tiler
Lays ceramic squares
A tiler is a person who lays tiles—ceramic, stone, or other materials—on floors, walls, roofs, or other surfaces.
The work requires measuring, cutting, and setting tiles in adhesive, then grouting the joints.
We hired a tiler to redo the bathroom floor.
