redocking

Rejoining the station

Redocking is docking again—returning a vessel to its berth, reconnecting a spacecraft to a station, or placing a device back in its charging cradle: The astronauts completed the redocking maneuver after the spacewalk.

In computing and molecular biology, redocking refers to repeating a docking simulation or procedure.
