praam

Baltic cargo vessel

A praam is a flat-bottomed boat or barge, traditionally used in shallow waters of northern Europe for fishing or transport.

The hull design allows navigation in rivers, estuaries, and coastal shallows where deeper vessels cannot go.

Also spelled pram, which in British English also means a baby carriage.
