pho noodles
Hanoi broth bowl
Pho noodles are the flat rice noodles used in pho, the Vietnamese soup.
The noodles are white, slippery, and slightly chewy, made from rice flour and water.
They come in varying widths and absorb the flavors of the aromatic broth they're served in: I ordered extra pho noodles with my beef pho.
