slurping

Loud soup consumption

Slurping is the act of eating or drinking noisily, drawing liquid into the mouth with a sucking sound: Stop slurping your soup.

The sound itself can also be called a slurp.

What's considered rude in Western dining may be acceptable or even complimentary elsewhere—slurping noodles in Japan signals enjoyment.
