papercraft
Sculptural paper art
Papercraft is the art of creating objects by cutting, folding, and assembling paper.
The term covers a range of techniques from simple origami to elaborate three-dimensional models of buildings, characters, or vehicles constructed from printed templates: She downloaded a papercraft pattern for a tiny house.
Unlike origami, papercraft typically involves cutting and gluing rather than folding alone.
