packager
One who wraps
A packager is a person or company that packages goods—putting products into containers, boxes, or wrapping for sale or distribution.
In publishing and media, a packager assembles creative projects (books, television shows) and sells them to publishers or networks: The packager delivered the completed manuscript to the publisher.
In computing, a packager creates software packages for distribution.
