nanotechnologist
Molecular manipulation specialist
A nanotechnologist is a scientist or engineer who works with materials and devices at the nanometer scale—roughly one to one hundred billionths of a meter.
At this scale, materials often behave differently than they do in bulk, enabling applications in medicine, electronics, and materials science.
The nanotechnologist developed a drug delivery system using microscopic particles that target cancer cells directly.
