ley lines
Mystical site connections
Ley lines are hypothetical alignments of ancient sites—standing stones, burial mounds, churches—believed by some to mark paths of mystical energy across the landscape.
The concept emerged in 1920s Britain and gained traction in New Age spirituality: Dowsers claim to detect ley lines running through Stonehenge.
Mainstream archaeology considers the alignments coincidental.
