Thin Armenian flatbread
Lavash is a thin, soft flatbread traditional to Armenia and other parts of the Middle East and Central Asia.
It's baked in a tandoor oven and often used as a wrap for kebabs or eaten alongside dips and stews.
The sheets can be dried for storage and rehydrated later: She wrapped the grilled meat in lavash.
