iceballs

Pellets of frost

Iceballs are balls of ice—compacted spheres used in drinks to chill without diluting quickly, or chunks of frozen precipitation larger than typical hail.

The term also appears in crude slang for testicles that have become uncomfortably cold: I've got iceballs after standing outside for an hour.
