godhead
Supreme being's nature
Godhead refers to the essential divine nature or being of God—the quality that makes God divine.
In Christian theology, it often denotes the Trinity conceived as a unity: the mystery of the Godhead.
The term appears in older religious texts and formal theological discussions, carrying a more abstract sense than simply "God." It can also mean divine status generally: aspiring to godhead. (Usually capitalized as Godhead in religious contexts.)
