All-knowing means having complete knowledge of everything—omniscient.
The term usually describes a deity: an all-knowing God.
In narrative theory, an all-knowing narrator can access any character's thoughts and see events across all times and places.
Used loosely, it's often ironic: My all-knowing mother always predicted this would happen.
