immanence

Dwelling within things

Immanence is the quality of being present within something rather than existing apart from it.

In philosophy and theology, it contrasts with transcendence: a god who is immanent pervades the universe and dwells within creation, while a transcendent god exists beyond and separate from it.

The pantheist sees divine immanence in all things.

The concept extends beyond religion to describe any quality inherent in rather than imposed upon something.
