Evil One
Lord of lies
Evil One is a title for the devil or Satan, used especially in religious contexts to personify supreme malevolence: Resist the Evil One and he will flee from you.
The capitalization signals a specific supernatural entity rather than just a wicked person.
Sometimes used ironically or humorously for someone causing trouble: The Evil One has hidden my car keys again.
