Word definition sections

Glossaries is the plural of glossary, a list of terms with their definitions, typically found at the end of a book or document.

A glossary explains specialized vocabulary relevant to a particular subject: The textbook includes glossaries for each chapter.

Unlike dictionaries, glossaries are limited to terms appearing in or relevant to a specific text.
