Greek coffee
Thick, strong Mediterranean
Greek coffee is strong coffee made by boiling finely ground beans with water and sugar in a small pot called a briki, then serving unfiltered so the grounds settle at the bottom.
It's essentially the same preparation as Turkish coffee, but Greeks prefer their own name for it: Would you like a Greek coffee after dinner?
