Vietnamese chicken soup
Pho ga is Vietnamese chicken noodle soup—rice noodles in a clear broth flavored with ginger, fish sauce, and aromatics, topped with poached or shredded chicken.
It's the lighter counterpart to pho bo, the beef version.
I ordered pho ga because I wasn't in the mood for red meat.
