manifesto
Statement of intentions
A manifesto is a public declaration of intentions, beliefs, or principles, typically issued by a political party, movement, or individual.
Manifestos announce what someone stands for and what they plan to do: The Communist Manifesto, an artist's manifesto.
The word suggests boldness—manifestos don't hedge or equivocate; they proclaim.
