Somalis
Horn of Africa natives
Somalis are people from Somalia, a country on the Horn of Africa, or those of Somali ethnic descent.
The Somali people share a common language (Somali) and predominantly Muslim religious tradition.
Large diaspora communities exist in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Western countries: Many Somalis resettled in Minnesota after the civil war.
