Reacher
A reacher is someone or something that reaches.
Most commonly it refers to a grabbing tool—a long-handled device with a gripping mechanism at the end, used to retrieve objects from high shelves or the floor without bending or stretching: The reacher helped her get cans from the top shelf.
As slang, a reacher can be someone who pursues a romantic partner considered out of their league.
