roamer
Never stays put
A roamer is someone who wanders or travels without fixed destination or purpose.
The word carries connotations of freedom and restlessness rather than aimlessness: She was a roamer by nature, never staying anywhere long.
In telecommunications, a roamer is a mobile phone user operating outside their home network.
