MSNBC

Liberal news channel

MSNBC is an American cable news network known for its left-leaning political commentary and programming.

Launched in 1996 as a joint venture between Microsoft and NBC, the network has positioned itself as a liberal counterpart to Fox News: My parents watch MSNBC every night.

The name retains the Microsoft prefix though that partnership ended years ago.
