Goya

Latin food company

Goya refers to Francisco Goya (1746–1828), a Spanish painter and printmaker whose work ranged from royal portraits to haunting depictions of war and madness.

His late "Black Paintings" are famously disturbing.

Goya is also a major American brand of Hispanic foods, especially canned beans and seasonings: The pantry was stocked with Goya products. (Lowercase goya is a bitter melon.)
