Costa Rica
Central American republic
Costa Rica is a small Central American country bordered by Nicaragua and Panama, known for its biodiversity, tropical rainforests, and lack of a standing military.
The name means "rich coast" in Spanish.
Costa Ricans are called Ticos.
We spent two weeks in Costa Rica visiting cloud forests and beaches.
