sloth
Slow jungle climber
Sloth is disinclination to action or labor—laziness elevated to a defining trait.
It's one of the seven deadly sins, suggesting spiritual torpor rather than mere idleness: His sloth kept him from achieving anything meaningful.
A sloth is also a slow-moving arboreal mammal of Central and South America, named for its unhurried movements and long periods of rest.
