CBD

Non-intoxicating cannabis compound

CBD is cannabidiol, a compound derived from cannabis plants.

Unlike THC, CBD doesn't produce a high, which has made it popular in wellness products claiming to reduce anxiety, inflammation, or pain: CBD gummies, CBD oil.

The compound occupies a legal gray area in many jurisdictions—widely sold but loosely regulated. (Lowercase cbd is not standard.)
