Ratcheting cable strap
A zip tie is a thin plastic strip with a ratcheting mechanism that locks when threaded through its own head, used to bundle cables or fasten objects together.
Once tightened, most zip ties cannot be loosened without cutting: I zip-tied the cables to the fence.
