yarmulkas
Small religious headcoverings
Yarmulkas is the plural of yarmulke, a small rounded skullcap worn by Jewish men, especially during prayer or religious observances.
Orthodox Jews often wear them at all times as a sign of reverence before God.
Also spelled yarmulke and often called a kippah (Hebrew): The men donned their yarmulkas before entering the synagogue.
