wanderers
Those who roam
Wanderers are people or things that move from place to place without a fixed destination or home.
The word suggests aimless or leisurely movement rather than purposeful travel: The cafe attracted artists, drifters, and other wanderers.
Wanderers may be romanticized as free spirits or pitied as rootless.
In astronomy, the planets were called wanderers because they appear to move against the fixed stars. (Capitalized Wanderers often names sports teams.)
