wall push-ups
Standing incline presses
Wall push-ups are a modified version of the standard push-up performed standing at an angle against a wall rather than prone on the floor.
The exerciser places palms flat against the wall at shoulder height, then bends and straightens the arms: Start with wall push-ups before progressing to knee push-ups.
They're commonly used by beginners, older adults, or those rehabilitating injuries.
