diamond push-ups
Triangular hand placement
A diamond push-up is a push-up variation where the hands are placed close together beneath the chest, thumbs and index fingers touching to form a diamond shape.
This hand position shifts emphasis to the triceps and inner chest muscles: Diamond push-ups are harder than regular push-ups.
Also called triangle push-ups.
