tradeshow
Vendor convention event
A tradeshow is an exhibition where companies in a particular industry display and demonstrate their products or services to potential buyers and partners.
Tradeshows typically occupy convention centers for several days, featuring booths, networking events, and presentations: We're flying to Vegas for the electronics tradeshow next month.
Also spelled as two words: trade show.
