talker
One who converses
A talker is someone who talks, especially someone notable for how much or how they talk: a fast talker, a smooth talker, a big talker.
The word often implies quantity over substance—someone who talks a lot but may not follow through: He's all talk.
A talker can also be something that provokes conversation: That painting is a real talker.
