motormouth

Never stops gabbing

A motormouth is someone who talks excessively and rapidly, often without much regard for whether others want to listen: My sister's such a motormouth—she barely lets anyone else get a word in.

The term is mildly disparaging.

As a verb, to motormouth is to talk this way: He motormouthed through the entire meeting.
