snowpark
Mountain trick zone
A snowpark is a designated area at a ski resort featuring terrain built for freestyle skiing and snowboarding—jumps, rails, half-pipes, and other obstacles.
Also called a terrain park: The resort just opened a new snowpark with a dozen features.
The word is more common in European resorts; American resorts typically say terrain park.
