Single-walled skating ramp
A quarterpipe is a half of a halfpipe—a single curved ramp with a vertical or near-vertical lip, used in skateboarding, snowboarding, and BMX.
Where a halfpipe has two opposing walls, a quarterpipe stands alone, launching riders into the air for tricks before they descend the same wall: He hit the quarterpipe and grabbed a massive backside air.
