Single-walled skating ramps

Quarterpipes are ramps used in skateboarding, snowboarding, and similar sports—essentially half of a halfpipe.

Where a halfpipe has two opposing curved walls, a quarterpipe is a single curved ramp that riders approach, launch from, and return down the same surface.

They're common at skate parks and terrain parks: He caught big air off the quarterpipe.
