quad stretch
Front leg loosener
A quad stretch is an exercise that elongates the quadriceps muscles at the front of the thigh.
The most common version involves standing on one leg while pulling the other foot toward the buttocks: Hold the quad stretch for thirty seconds on each side.
It's a staple of warm-up and cool-down routines for runners and athletes.
