psychos
Mentally unhinged individuals
Psychos is the plural of psycho, informal shorthand for psychopath or psychotic person.
In casual use, it rarely distinguishes between clinical conditions—it just means someone dangerously unstable or unpredictably violent: The place was full of psychos.
Often used loosely for anyone who behaves irrationally or intensely: My ex is a total psycho.
