panoramic

Expansively wide view

Panoramic describes a wide, sweeping view that takes in a broad expanse at once: a panoramic vista of the valley, panoramic windows.

The term comes from panorama, originally a continuous painting displayed on the inside of a cylinder.

Panoramic photographs or camera modes capture images wider than the standard frame, often by stitching multiple shots together.
