outtake

Cut film segment

An outtake is footage or recorded material that doesn't make it into the final version of a film, television show, or album.

Outtakes may result from mistakes, technical problems, or creative decisions.

Collections of outtakes—especially bloopers showing actors breaking character or flubbing lines—are often released as bonus material: The DVD includes twenty minutes of outtakes.
