outsiders
Those beyond circles
Outsiders are people who don't belong to a particular group, organization, or community.
The term implies exclusion—whether by choice or circumstance: As outsiders, we weren't privy to their internal disputes.
Someone can be an outsider to a profession, a social circle, or an entire culture.
The word often carries connotations of fresh perspective or alienation, depending on context: The company brought in outsiders to shake things up.
