ingroup

The included ones

An ingroup is a social group to which a person feels they belong—defined by shared identity, values, or characteristics.

The term appears in psychology and sociology to describe how people categorize others as "us" versus "them." Ingroup bias or ingroup favoritism describes the tendency to prefer members of one's own group: The study measured ingroup loyalty among sports fans.

The opposite is outgroup.
