kamikaze

Vodka-lime-triple sec

Kamikaze comes from Japanese words meaning "divine wind." In World War II, kamikaze pilots flew suicide missions, deliberately crashing explosive-laden aircraft into enemy targets.

The term now describes any recklessly self-destructive action: a kamikaze mission, kamikaze tactics.

A kamikaze is also a cocktail of vodka, triple sec, and lime juice.
