homeport

Vessel's regular harbor

A homeport is the port where a ship is registered or permanently based—its official harbor of record.

Naval vessels return to their homeport between deployments; cruise ships depart from and return to theirs.

As a verb, to homeport a vessel is to assign it a base: The carrier will be homeported in San Diego.
