deadnamed
Called former name
Deadnamed describes being called by a name one no longer uses, particularly a birth name abandoned after a transgender person's transition.
To deadname someone is to use their former name, whether intentionally or carelessly: She was repeatedly deadnamed by coworkers who refused to acknowledge her transition.
The practice is considered disrespectful and potentially harmful.
